Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by 24strings:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons such as limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting an order, and we will contact you if any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed.

In the event of order cancellation, after your account has been charged, the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account or provided as in-store credit, depending on the payment method. For cash payments, you can choose to receive in-store credit or provide your bank account details via email for a refund.

Cancellations by the customer:

In case of requests for order cancellations, 24strings reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and the amount shall be credited to your bank account from which the payment was made and in case of payment made by cash, or the amount shall be credited to your bank account after the bank accounts details are provided by you to us through email. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. 24strings has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

The customer agrees to accept our decision regarding the cancellation and will not dispute it.

Fraudulent/Declined transactions:

24strings reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers’ fees from persons using the site fraudulently. 24strings reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the site and any other unlawful acts or missions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Credit/Debit/Internet Banking Card Details:

You confirm that the credit/debit/internet banking details provided for our services will be correct and accurate, and you will not use personal details that you do not lawfully own.

You further agree and undertake to provide the correct details to 24strings. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by 24strings with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. 24strings will not be liable for any credit/debit card/internet banking fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of a card will be on you, and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

Shipping Policy:

We aim to deliver products within 7 business days of receipt of payment.

Order deliveries will be made by our staff or third-party couriers or logistics companies between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Upon delivery, products must be signed for, and the acknowledgement serves as evidence of successful delivery.

We do not take responsibility for acknowledgements signed by someone other than the person who placed the order.

Incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement are the responsibility of the cardholder.

We are not responsible for product damage after delivery. If you believe the product is in poor condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and email us the details of your order at, mentioning the order reference number.

We will make our best efforts to arrange a replacement delivery within 7 days of receiving the product.
